Enjoy a relaxing, creative afternoon exploring the basics of clay. These fun and informative one-day sessions are designed for those who are curious about clay or want to further their skills without the commitment of a weekly class. Clay, tools and firing/processing are included. Bring your friends and wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. This is a great class for families. Kids 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Ages 12 & up
Saturdays, 2:00 - 5:00 pm
Cost: $40 for each session
January 19: License “Plate” Bring your own old license plate or use one from the studio to create a unique plate for appetizers, personal items or to just show off. It’s dishwasher and food safe.

March 16: Bird House Build a bird house that will be the envy of the bird neighborhood.
March 23: Bird Feeder Now that the birds have a place to live, they need a place to eat. Create a multi-level feeder for your feathered friends, too.
April 13: Clay Mask Create a fancy mask to hang indoors or out. We’ll use textures, shapes and colored underglazes to decorate your mask.
April 20: “Picasso” Platter Keep the creativity going while you create a fun and funky platter inspired by Picasso. It can be used for food or just decoration.
May 11: Garden Stakes Planting season is almost here. Make your own markers for herbs, veggies or flowers in your garden.
May 18: Lantern Bring your ideas for a 5” x 5” x 10” carved lantern. You’ll do all the designing and carving during class. We’ll do the glazing and firing.
All the items created during the Single Session Series classes will be bisque and glaze fired and ready for pick-up 3 weeks after class.
