Short Session Series: Winter and Spring

These three-week classes are focused on a single hand-built project. Participants don’t need to have clay experience, just interest.  It's fun, relaxing and a great way to spend time in the moment.

For ages 13 & up

Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:45 pm

Cost: $68 for each 3-week session

Jan 17-31: Man in the Moon Start with a sphere of clay and add a face to create your own special “moon.”

Feb 14-28: Fairy House and Fairy Door This isn’t your average Fairy House and Door. These are the big, glamorous digs for special fairies!

March 14-28: For the Birds We’ll get your bird neighbors all set for the year. Make a bird house to start, then a bird feeder and a hummingbird feeder.

April 11-25: Functional Dishes You’ll be hand-building two of each; plates, mugs and bowls. Add your own special textures and decorations, we’ll glaze and fire them.

May 9-23: Garden Totem This will be a small, four-piece totem to embellish your garden and add more fun and color.

The items made during these three-week sessions will be bisque and glaze fired and ready for pick-up three weeks after the last class.

Please register at least 1 day before the start of the class. If you’re interested at the last minute, call 734-578-1298 for availability.

You may cancel up to 48 hours before the class begins. After this time, no refunds will be issued. A $10 administration fee will be charged for all refunds.
